Pluming and Electrical

last sunday we finished the pluming and the electrical at the ground floor

 

3 guys was helping me to install all the pipes , we need to  finish in one day so on monday the workers can start to level the floor.

Done ! we start at 8am and finish at 4pm . ready for the 5pm beer :-)

well the guys had still time for some art work :-)

everybody is happy that the digging is done ( for now )

We expected already that we will find rocks while digging for our foundation's but not that size , this is real big

But the digging goes on !!!! 6 meter still to go :-)

Our new septic tank has arrived and set at proper position , very easy ,fast and cheap !

Once all the foundation's and digging are done we will moving very fast .

well we really need to get use to it , to work on a slope area , but we do good so far.

i think by next week the first floor will be done .

starting the construction and storm yolanda.

Because of the very strong typhoon Yolanda we decided to start with the construction not as i said on the 7. of November . we moved the starting date to the 11. of November . luckily we was not affected by the typhoon and we was save .

Now the sun is out again and we moving forward . but before we start   breakfast first !!! :-)

on the property we will install  a lot of little platforms to stock sand and gravel , for concreting foundation , sitting hollow blocks and flooring.
there are around ten guys their job is to bring all materials what we need all the way up !!! this guys do a really hard and good job !!!!

We was really worried that the typhoon will bring the rain in that case our cement will get wet , but we was very lucky :-) 

after we was done it starts to rain . perfect timing

Start of construction ( spatenstich )

We will start on the 7th day. of November of the construction ( spatenstich ) a 2 story building on the upper right corner of the property .

Downer floor will be the laundry ,water supply , workshop and generator room.

 We really hope that the next typhoon will enter soon  in the Philippines don't stop as to go on !!!!!
