One more time rose try her best to make our stay here as comfortable as possible .

Water supply

Construction with out water is impossible ,  so here we go with the  next step , getting water from the source with a 2 inch pipe .

The source is around 35 meters above sea level , so we need to carry the main pipe all the way up , well luckily not my job :-)

The water source is inside the cave with a big and deep pool of  fresh water , well the entrance of the cave is quite small but i fit in .

But now we are done and the water is flowing , this pipes is just a temporary set up for the construction time
( we will arrange it properly ones we have the final layout of all structures )

YES !

Here we go !!! Soon we will have power supply , bye bye generator !!!!!!!
The power company ( Noceco ) promised us that we will be connected by end of next month , we will see :-)

Fresh bread

While we are working on the property , rose try different ways to bake bread because we don't have a  oven .

We had a good time here , but city life is over now.

And welcome sipalay campomanes bay :-)  Back to nature , we are living now just a 100 meters away from the property where the construction soon will start .

Bodega

Next step , we rent a small building just beside the property and that will be our bodega , to stock all materials for the construction .

Well this house is not in a good condition so we need to do some changes .

Well its not really a beauty but i am proud of it :-)

After 3 days non stop rained we got here a lot of water ,a existing resort here in campomanes was flooded.

And the road between sipalay and hinoba-an was not in a good shape at the moment. !!

And finally me the holy driver !!!

Let's beginn

Well after the cleaning we decided to start with the fence so we have a better view of the total area .
just a simple one made out of bamboo , the digging was quiet hard , specially when you know you need to make around 56 holes :-(

But luckily i was not alone everybody helped as , specially the hard part to go all the way up with out steps .

But finally we are done !!!
